Our concrete construction company was founded out of necessity and a drive to solve construction site challenges. During the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, pool construction and concrete paving projects faced extensive delays due to a shortage of gunite in North Texas.

Recognizing an opportunity to streamline operations and fill a market gap, we took matters into our own hands. By bringing gunite services in-house, LC Services was born.

Their first encounter wasn’t in a boardroom but in an unexpected moment at the sand dunes of Oklahoma. When a vehicle broke down, Saul took command, coordinating repairs and ensuring safety with the precision of a fire chief. That moment of leadership and problem-solving made it clear—he was the missing piece needed to turn big ideas into reality.

When we started LC Services, we knew the road ahead wouldn’t be easy—but we were ready to take on whatever challenges came our way. One of our biggest hurdles hit us right out of the gate. We were eager to get to work, only to discover that cement allocations were restricted to past buyers. Since we were new, we had no professional cement purchase history—meaning we couldn’t access the most critical material for our paving business.

Giving up wasn’t an option. Instead, we got creative. We sourced cement from out-of-state suppliers, even though it cost us more to keep things moving. That early challenge didn’t just test us—it shaped us.

By staying adaptable, we turned a setback into momentum, and today, LC Services stands as a leader in concrete construction and site development.
